PAPAR: The multi-billion Pan Borneo Highway project must be completed as scheduled and on budget, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak (pic) said.
The Prime Minister said contractors tasked in carrying out the 1,236km project in Sabah should not “sell” their contracts to other companies.
