Lone Ranger rep may be riding into another storm

Crossing political divide: A photo of Teh greeting Muhamad Yusoff at the latter’s service centre posted on the Penang Kini Facebook page.

GEORGE TOWN: Maverick DAP assemblyman Teh Yee Cheu cycled from Tanjung Bungah to the Sungai Dua Umno service centre on the mainland to meet the assemblyman, raising eyebrows on both sides of the political divide.

Teh, also known as ‘Lone Ranger’, cycled to meet Muhamad Yusoff Mohd Noor to seek support for the terms of reference on his upcoming motion on transgender issues, which he plans to present in the state assembly sitting next month.
