PUTRAJAYA: The creation of an entrepreneurial mindset among undergraduates has been given another boost with the launch of the Entrepreneurial Action Plan for institutions of higher learning 2016-2020.
During the launch to create excellent graduates with strong entrepreneurial skills, Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Idris Jusoh said it was time to produce a generation of value-creators.
