KUALA LUMPUR: Lawyer N. Surendran (pic) has failed to refer his sedition case to the Federal Court.
High Court Judicial Commissioner Ab Karim Ab Rahman made the decision on the grounds that the questions on unconstitutionality of a charge had been answered by the Apex Court in the case of law lecturer Dr Azmi Sharom.
