KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, who is acting for himself, is still having difficulty getting access to legal documents to prepare for seeking a royal pardon.
Anwar has filed his application at the High Court for leave to compel the Pardons Board to review its decision not to grant him a royal pardon over his sodomy conviction.
