KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is still having difficulty in getting access to legal documents to prepare his case seeking a royal pardon, according to lawyer Latheefa Koya.
Anwar has filed his application at a High Court for leave to initiate judicial review proceedings to compel the Pardons Board to review its decision not to grant him a royal pardon over his sodomy conviction.
