KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor has urged a High Court judge to determine their libel suit against Taiping MP Nga Kor Ming based on a point of law, which does not require a full trial.
Their lead counsel Datuk Mohd Hafarizam Harun argued that the judge could make a decision as Nga did not deny that he made the post and was the owner of the Facebook page in question.
