KANGAR: Indera Kayangan PKR assemblyman Chan Ming Kai who was arrested during a protest against the installation of a telco tower in Taman Jati Diri here, should have gone through the right channel to handle the issue.
Perlis MCA secretary Lam Pak Sam said Chan could have taken legal action to stop the installation of the tower.
