KUALA LUMPUR: A High Court judge has recused himself from hearing a libel suit filed by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak against Tun Dr Ling Liong Sik.
High Court judge Justice John Louis O'Hara recused himself from presiding over the case as he and Dr Ling are members of Royal Military College’s Old Putera Association.
