KUALA LUMPUR: A former company director and fund manager will know on April 28 the outcome of his appeal against his conviction for securities fraud.
Wahid Ali Kassim Ali, 56, has filed an appeal to the High Court against his one-year jail term and RM3mil fine in default three years’ imprisonment meted out by the Sessions Court here on June 30, 2009.
