KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has applied to remove Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad's affidavit in support of Tun Dr Ling Liong Sik's bid to strike out the Prime Minister's libel suit.
Najib is suing Dr Ling over his remarks, which allegedly implied that the Prime Minister had misused public fund for his personal interests.
