MINISTERS, their deputies and government officials will only be liable for traffic fines if they commit road offences on their personal time, says Deputy Home Minister Datuk Nur Jazlan Mohamed.
“I forked out RM300 from my own pocket to settle a summons for speeding after I was booked for going at 130kph in a 110kph speed limit zone along the highway,” he said.
