PETALING JAYA: Political reforms should not be rushed as true change comes from gradual progress and not at the whims of political opportunists, says Datuk Seri Ti Lian Ker.

Speaking about the citizens’ declaration signed by former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and a group of political and civil society leaders, MCA’s religious harmony bureau chairman said that while he was open to the idea of reform, true change comes gradually.
