PORT DICKSON: A 45-year-old Land Office employee claimed trial in the magistrate's court here to a charge of cheating a woman that he had been entrusted by a landowner to sell a piece of land in the resort town here.
Mohd Akhyar Sabtu allegedly cheated Siti Sarah Sulaiman, 34, into believing that the landowner, Rodziah Mohd Tahir, 57, had delegated the sale of the land to him.
