Government to give RM20,000 aid to next-of-kin of each Malaysian MH17 victim

BANGI: The Government has announced a US$5,000 (RM20,000) one-off aid to the next-of-kin of every Malaysian passenger and crew of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 that was shot down in Ukraine in 2014.

Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Rohani Abdul Karim, who made the announcement, said the Cabinet approved the aid on March 18.
