KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here ruled that Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak can sue Taiping MP Nga Kor Ming for libel in his personal capacity.
Judicial Commissioner Siti Khadijah S. Hassan Badjenid said she was satisfied that the said defamatory words directed at Najib was aimed at him in his personal capacity.
