PUTRAJAYA: The amended Law Reform (Marriage and Divorce) Act will come under the purview of the Home Ministry once the amendments are passed and gazetted.
Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Nancy Shukri said this was for enforcement purposes so that the relevant authorities, including the police, could act accordingly.
