April dates for hearing of rep’s sedition case


GEORGE TOWN: The case of Seri Delima assemblyman R.S.N. Rayer, charged with two separate counts of sedition about two years ago, has been fixed for hearing in April by two Sessions Courts here.

Sessions judge Zaharah Hussain fixed the case for hearing on April 7 and 8, while Sessions judge Ibrahim Osman fixed the case for hearing on April 28 and 29 when Rayer’s case came up for mention separately at both the courts.
