Rocker Awie seeks to get charge reviewed

KUALA LUMPUR: Rock singer and actor Awie, who was charged with causing hurt to his ex-wife, will submit a letter of representation to the Attorney-General’s Chambers for his charge to be reviewed.

Awie, 48, whose real name is Ahmad Azhar Othman, had allegedly hurt his former wife, Rozana Misbun, 38, at the counter of Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) in Jalan Tun Razak two years ago.
