GEORGE TOWN: A social activist and two former Penang Voluntary Patrol Unit (PPS) members charged with committing an affray abouttwo years ago have been given a discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) by a magistrate’s court here.

Magistrate Catherine Nicholas granted the DNAA to Ong Eu Soon and former PPS members Lee Chan Kwong and Lee Yew Kuen after the prosecution informed the court that no prosecution witnesses were present in court.
