KUALA LUMPUR: MCA will push for the Public Service Department (JPA) to recognise degrees and higher education programmes offered by over 800 universities in China, which are accredited with the Malaysian Government Qualifications Agency (MQA).
Its Youth chief Chong Sin Woon said this was the second step towards recognising the certificates that would pave the way for more Malaysians studying abroad.
