PUTRAJAYA: Sri Muda assemblyman Mat Shuhaimi Shafiei's bid to challenge the constitutionality of the Sedition Act 1948 has been postponed to June 1.
The Court of Appeal panel, lead by Justice Lim Yee Lan, on Tuesday allowed applications by Mat Shuhaimi and the Attorney-General's Chambers for an extension to submit more documents.
