PETALING JAYA: The Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) clarified that Bayu Air has not applied for permit or licence to operate.
The newest Malaysian airline announced last week that it would begin flight operations this August, but the Transport Ministry and DCA have yet to receive any applications, said DCA director-general Datuk Seri Azharuddin Abdul Rahman.
