GEORGE TOWN: A 32-year-old man was caught by passers-by in his bid to escape after failing to snatch a woman’s handbag.
The 30-year-old victim was riding pillion with a woman friend when the snatcher came from behind and tried to grab the handbag from the victim’s shoulder.
