KOTA KINABALU: A tourist from China drowned while swimming at Sapi Island near here Wednesday afternoon.
According to witnesses, Feng Xiong Wei, 43, had gone swimming in the sea without putting on his life jacket despite advice and reminders from staff of Sabah Parks in the 2.40pm incident.
