SHAH ALAM: Despite an increase in allocation under the 11th Malaysia Plan, several Federal Government projects in Selangor have not been able to take off due to the state administration's bureaucratic practices, claims Datuk Seri Noh Omar (pic).
The Selangor Federal Action Council (MTPNS) president said that any increase in allocation for the benefit of the rakyat was immaterial if the Selangor state administration did not cooperate.
