Fire breaks out on Express Rakyat train near Taiping


IPOH: A fire broke out on an Express Rakyat locomotive near Kuala Tanjung, soon after the train departed the Taiping station on Thursday night.

Firefighters are currently in the process of extinguishing the blaze and no one is reported to have been injured in the incident, a Fire and Rescue Department spokesman said.
