KUALA LUMPUR: The MIC faction aligned to Datuk Seri G. Palanivel has admitted that a lawsuit it filed against Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam will once again put the party in a bind.
But former MIC secretary-general Datuk R. Ramanan (pic) believes that the lawsuit would not affect the party’s chances in the next general election, as the matter would be solved before then.
