NIBONG TEBAL: A Myanmar man has drowned after he fell into a canal while fishing with three of his countrymen in Kampung Bagan Buaya Changkat in Sungai Bakap here.
The body of Aung Hee Lai, 35, was found at 10.48pm Tuesday not far from where he had fallen into the canal at about 3pm, Penang Fire and Rescue Department operations commander Mohd Saufi Zakaria said Wednesday.
