PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Associated Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (MAICCI) has praised the Government for deferring the increase in the levy for foreign workers and urged it to reconsider the current policy on the issue.
Its president Tan Sri Kenneth Eswaran said the decision was a welcomed gesture as it will assist various businesses during the current period of economic turbulence.
