KULIM: Schoolgoing children living in Kampung Paya Besar need not have to travel far for an education following the opening of SJK (T) Jalan Paya Besar in Lunas.
A total of 452 pupils are now studying at the Tamil school, the first in the country to be granted an operating licence after independence.
