ALOR SETAR: The waiting game has begun for reporters and photographers camped outside Wisma Darul Aman here for the much anticipated meeting between the Kedah Regency Council and state Barisan Nasional assemblymen.

About 40 pressmen are keeping watch outside the main entrance, with giant raintrees providing much needed shade.

At 2.15pm, a white Toyota Alphard stopped and several men delivered 40 packs of nasi kandar and mineral water.

"Courtesy of Datuk Seri Ahmad Bashah Md Hanipah," smiled Ramli Hassan, the proprietor of the popular Nasi Kandar Simpang Ampat restaurant situated about 20km from here, who delivered the meals.
