JOHOR BARU: Less privileged families in Pasir Gudang received a surprise when Mentri Besar Datuk Mohamed Khaled Nordin showed up at their front door and presented them with Chinese New Year goodies.

When he turned up at residential areas like Taman Kota Puteri and Taman Megah Ria, residents and villagers ran out to the streets, some even barefooted, to snap photos and shake hands with him.
