Health Ministry, IGP told to file statement of defence in vape suit


KUALA LUMPUR: The Health Ministry director-general, the Inspector-General of Police and two others have been ordered to file their statement of defence in a suit filed by a non-governmental organisation (NGO) over enforcement against vape traders.  

On Thursday, deputy registrar Siti Nur Shafrida Hashim ordered the defendants to file their statement of defence within two weeks.
