PUTRAJAYA: The Syariah High Court will decide next month whether to withdraw charges against former political activist Kassim Ahmad.
Kassim, 83, was accused in 2014 of allegedly insulting Islam and defying religious authorities and charged under Syariah Criminal Offences Act (Federal Territories) 1997.
