KUALA LUMPUR: Former Special Action Unit personnel Azilah Hadri, who was convicted for the murder of Mongolian translator Altantuya Shaariibuu, is seeking a royal pardon from the Sultan of Selangor in view of his past contributions as a police commando.
His petition was delivered to the state Ruler’s private secretary at the Shah Alam palace yesterday morning.
