JOHOR BARU: State authorities are coming out with new guidelines for private residential properties in housing estates offering homestay services.

Johor Tourism, Domestic Trade and Consumerism committee chairman Datuk Tee Siew Kiong said he would meet with the Local Government and Housing committee chairman Datuk Abdul Latiff Bandi on the matter.
