PETALING JAYA: Only the civil court has the jurisdiction to hear kindergarten teacher M. Indira Gandhi’s case, said lawyer and social observer Art Harun.
He noted that Indira’s case sought to challenge the administrative act by the Registrar of Conversions that issued certificates of conversion for her children – without any application.
