NIBONG TEBAL: Race and religion should not be taken into account when deciding on a leader for the people, said DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng.
He said that as long as a leader or elected representative was sincere in his or her responsibility to serve the public, the people should not differentiate that person based on race, religion or background.
