PETALING JAYA: A Japanese man was nabbed by shoppers after he was caught taking a video up a woman’s skirt in a popular shopping mall here.
A mall security guard said the man, in his 30s, entered a Japanese franchise store on the lower ground floor of the mall at about 7pm on Saturday and was sporting a handbag.
