The Water Activities Safety Council, which was set up following Cabinet approval on Wednesday, will also enforce the law, such as requiring the need for safety equipment to be provided at recreational areas, said Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Abdul Rahman Dahlan.
