MALACCA: Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF) is seeking to hold an open forum with the Government to discuss people’s “right of private defence”.
“There is much confusion out there about this. So there is a need to say what is defined as going overboard, or an act of defending yourself,” he said.
