PUTRAJAYA: Alarmed by the number of child rape cases, MCA has called for greater effort by authorities, schools and parents to educate children and teenagers about “the birds and the bees”.
Its wanita chief Datuk Heng Seai Kie said sex education or closed-door discussions about the attraction to the opposite gender should be provided to children by schools, parents or religious groups.
