Teng to re-apply for copy of agreement


GEORGE TOWN: Penang Barisan Nasional will re-apply again to obtain a copy of the Subterranean Penang International Conference and Exhibition Centre (SPICE) agreement after their first application was rejected on Feb 24.

“Despite the CAT (competency, accountability and transparency) policy, our application through Freedom of Information Act (FOI) on Jan 28 was rejected on Feb 24.
