GEORGE TOWN: Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng has produced two letters from the state legal adviser’s office, backing his non-disclosure claims in declassifying land reclamation agreements signed by the then Barisan Nasional state government.
The letters, signed by state legal adviser Datuk Aliza Sulaiman, pointed out that the reclamation agreements of the Jelutong Expressway and Tanjung Tokong, cannot be revealed without the permission of the developers.
