DBKL: No licences ever issued for vape traders


KUALA LUMPUR: Kuala Lumpur City Council (DBKL) will not be issuing licences for vape traders as it has never done so before.

"We never issued any licenses for vape businesses before and we will not issue any," said DBKL licensing and petty traders management department director Ibrahim Yusof.
