KOTA KINABALU: Sabah Immigration Department director Nor Alam Khan (pic) has been appointed as the new Eastern Sabah Security Command (Esscom) chief executive officer.
Nor Alam will be taking over from Ruji Ubi who is being appointed as Sabah State Development Officer.
