KUALA LUMPUR: The Sessions Court here has dismissed an application by Dr Azmi Sharom (pic) to have his sedition case heard at the High Court.
Judge Amernudin Ahmad dismissed the application by the Universiti Malaya law lecturer on the grounds that the Sessions Court has the jurisdiction to hear the case.
