KUALA LUMPUR: Activist Safwan Anang, who was charged with uttering seditious words at a forum on May 13, 2013, has had his 10-month jail sentence reduced to a fine.
High Court judge Justice Mohd Azman Husin reduced the sentence to a RM5,000 fine or two years' jail in default.
