PETALING JAYA: Former second warrant officer Muhammad Rizalman Ismail had behaved “strangely” for weeks and his wife was worried that he was suicidal, the New Zealand Herald reported.
It said that Rizalman's wife described a string of health and behavioural problems faced by him when he took up his post as a military attache in Wellington.
